Episode 41, we're in the studio at the Gem with Josh, Sonny and Luke from the Exiles. I've got a Bloody Mary, Luke has a pint of Guinness and everyone else is observing soda water. It doesn't matter we get started and we don't stop, its a longer one, but the chat keeps going so let it ride out. We mostly chat about the new album(new as of last December) the milestone that it was to complete and bring to life. They are now working on new songs, with the whole band contributing as well as their Rick Rubin-esque producer at large Alex Markwell from Delta Riggs. We also chat about, song writing in general, missing band members due to injuries, Old Bar gigs, ACDC and Bon in Ringwood, Cherry Dolls, Bats, Nick Cave, Pulp Fiction, Wire, Television, Viagra Boys, Fontaines, Wunderhorse, The Strokes and the Spotify algorithm.
There will be an East Coast tour with maybe Hobart and Adelaide in December
Next gig will be at Lulie next Saturday, July 18th with Liquid Zoo
