Episode 40, forty as, the big 4 oh, wanted to do something special for this one, so i dragged my bones outta bed early Saturday morning and caught up with young Melbourne rockers Seven Pound Halo in an abandoned and decaying factory. The boys were out there to record their latest music video for their new song Prescribe Me. After carting half their drum kit through the stickiest mud in Australia i set up a little make shift spot for our interview. Amidst the sounds of planes and trains we cover off the idea of Anthemic Rock, inspirations like Stone Temple Pilots, Dandy Warhol's and Filter, there is a new Sleep Token album out and everyone would benefit from hearing, writing songs around the vocal, Free Pam, shipping containers, gigs in the UK(helped by their guitarist being from the UK), how its hard to get played on Triple J if you don't fit within their parameters, they have a Victorian regional tour in September, which is also when their EP comes out
